1. Overview

Welcome to Businex on businex.top. These terms describe your rights and obligations when you access our intensives for small and medium business owners on management, delegation, operating model and team rituals. Please read carefully.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Services

Businex offers live intensives focused on management skills, delegation techniques, operating model design and team ritual facilitation. Sessions are scheduled with limited seating and interactive formats.

2.2 Information Products

Businex provides digital guides, templates and recorded workshops that deliver structured frameworks and best practices.

2.3 Goods

Businex may supply printed materials, workbooks and branded merchandise related to our programs.

3. Ordering and Payment

All orders are placed through businex.top and payment is made via credit card or other supported methods. Charges occur at the time of booking or download.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction across all offerings. The following rules apply:

4.1 Services

Live intensives may be rescheduled up to 7 days before the scheduled date. If you miss a session without prior notice, the booking fee is not eligible for credit. In the event Businex cancels a session, you will receive full credit towards a future session of equal value or a refund issued to your original payment method.

4.2 Information Products

If you are not satisfied with a digital guide or recorded workshop, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 25% of the content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or applied as credit towards future offerings.

4.3 Goods

Defective or incorrect items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Upon approval, you may choose a replacement item or credit towards a future purchase. All items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

5. How to Request Support

To request a reschedule, a refund or a replacement, please use our contact form and include your order number, date of purchase and a brief description of your request. Allow up to 14 days for processing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Ontario law, Businex and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, special or incidental harm arising out of your participation in our programs or use of any materials.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
